Experimental burials await internees: heads or tails?

Why are Ed and Felicia looking a bit pensive as they flip a coin after digging a grave in Boncuklu’s experimental house? This is one of the more macabre elements of our experimental program to reconstruct the houses which were found at BK 10,000 years ago. After repairing the roof, plastering the wall bases and adding a hearth the experimental team dug a grave beneath the floor – just as people did 10,000 years ago. Now, who is going in?*

* Please not that this is a joke and the Boncuklu Project does not bury its volunteers.

Great shot. Sounds like you basically reconstructed a dwelling. We have a few spare sharks over here that I would gladly see buried!
